  • Partner with senior leaders to shape and advance strategic priorities, including preparing executive-ready materials and facilitating decision-making
  • Evaluate new business opportunities (e.g., partnerships, new products, and strategic investments) through structured analysis and business case development
  • Lead and support strategic initiatives from concept through execution, ensuring alignment, momentum, and measurable outcomes
  • Synthesize insights across multiple sources (market trends, internal performance, and stakeholder perspectives) to identify opportunities and risks
  • Assess competitive positioning and evolving industry dynamics to inform strategy and differentiation
  • Conduct financial and operational analysis (e.g., revenue implications, cost drivers, utilization trends) to support key decisions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (e.g., clinical, product, network, operations) to drive alignment and deliver on strategic initiatives
  • Contribute to a high-visibility portfolio of work with regular exposure to executive leadership

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable insights
  • Proven ability to manage and execute across multiple priorities and workstreams
  • Effective communicator with experience engaging senior stakeholders
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across functions and influence without authority
  • Demonstrated interest in healthcare, with a preference for Behavioral Health
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and business case development

Education

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MPH, etc preferred) or equivalent professional experience.
