• Maintain and update CAD floor plans, occupancy records, and space allocation data within the clients Space Management system.
• Develop, modify, and manage drawings using AutoCAD and other space management technologies.
• Generate space utilization, occupancy, and allocation reports to support business and operational needs.
• Act as the primary point of contact for space management systems and coordinate CAD-related requirements with stakeholders.
• Monitor data accuracy, manage drawing archives, and recommend process improvements to enhance data quality and system performance.

About You:

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in Architectural Technology, Space Planning, Space Data Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience reading and interpreting floor plans, with proficiency in AutoCAD or similar computer-aided design software.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and MS Office skills, with the ability to analyze, validate, and interpret data.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
