We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our dynamic team remotely. This role is pivotal in supporting our paralegals, ensuring smooth case progression and effective communication across our global operations. The ideal candidate will play a critical part in handling administrative and legal-support tasks, contributing significantly to our mission of providing exceptional legal services. What you’ll do:

• Administrative Support: Assist paralegals with claims processes, including initiating and following up on insurance claims.
• Document Management: Generate and manage documents via our CRM in accordance with firm protocols.
• Communication Tasks: Communicate effectively in English and Spanish, including handling correspondence with clients and insurance companies.
• Task Reporting: Proactively report on task completion and status updates, ensuring accountability and efficiency.
• Technological Proficiency: Utilize the firms CRM to manage tasks and track progress effectively.

What we’re looking for:

• Bilingual Expertise: Fluency in both Spanish and English, with strong communication skills in both languages.
• Educational Background: Relevant educational experience; previous legal assistance role preferred but not required.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable learning new systems quickly including CRM platforms.
• Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to complete tasks accurately and efficiently, with a keen focus on detail.
• Proactive Attitude: Self-starter who takes ownership of tasks and communicates effectively with remote team members.
