We’re looking for a Publishing Manager – Market & Concepts to help us discover the next generation of mobile game hits.
You’ll work at the intersection of market trends, game concepts, creative strategy, publishing, and AI-driven creative development - identifying opportunities and shaping concepts into testable products. If you are:
- Experienced in mobile gaming and always curious about what’s next
- Great at breaking down successful games, mechanics, and creatives
- Able to turn trends and insights into strong game concepts
- Comfortable working with external studios and multiple internal teams
- Hands-on with AI tools for ideation, visuals, research, or prototyping
- Fast-moving, curious, analytical, and high-ownership
- Strong technical orientation and ability to quickly learn new tools, and workflows. Then you might be a great match for CrazyLabs.
As a Publishing Manager, you will:
- Research mobile game trends, genres, mechanics, creatives, and player behavior
- Identify promising market opportunities and new game directions
- Turn insights into concepts, briefs, references, and testable ideas
- Test and validate new concepts
- Use AI to accelerate ideation, visual exploration, and prototyping
- Review market and test signals to decide what to pursue, iterate, or stop
- Share learnings and opportunities across the Publishing team
Requirements
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years in mobile games across publishing, product, game development, game design, creative strategy,
- Strong understanding of mobile game genres, trends, mechanics, and creative patterns
- Ability to explain why a game or concept works
- Experience creating briefs, references, presentations, or product feedback
- Experience working with external partners or cross-functional teams
- Practical experience with AI tools
- Strong written and verbal English
- Hybrid-casual, puzzle, idle, arcade, or casual experience; creative testing, playable ads, market research, or Unity; Figma, Claude, Cursor, or similar tools.
