• Working Style: High autonomy, highly collaborative, and fast-paced. You will own the visual and multimedia lifecycle from concept to execution across digital platforms, print, live event media, and video production.

About the Role

We are seeking a versatile, high-caliber Creative / Media Designer to join the media and marketing team of an established leadership and organizational development brand. In this role, you will act as a primary visual and multimedia producer—shaping brand messaging, creating high-converting print and digital assets, producing video content, and designing high-stakes presentation decks.

What Youll Be Doing

• Graphic & Print Design: Design high-converting print/digital marketing collateral, brand assets, and custom, high-stakes Microsoft PowerPoint presentations (including advanced templates, custom layouts, and animations).

• Video Production & Motion Graphics: Handle end-to-end video post-production—including editing, color grading, basic motion graphics, and animations for social platforms, digital media, and live events.

• Audio Engineering & Sound Design: Edit, clean, and mix voiceovers, soundtrack audio, and sound effects for video projects and live event media assets.

• Live Event Support: Design staging visuals, build run-of-show multimedia assets, and assist with basic scripting and storyboarding for live leadership events.

• Brand Management: Enforce strict brand consistency across all visual touchpoints while collaborating cross-functionally to deliver creative briefs on deadline.

What Were Looking For (Non-Negotiables)

• 2–3+ Years Experience: Proven track record in a dedicated multimedia, creative design, or agency role.

• Mandatory Digital Portfolio: Must submit a comprehensive digital portfolio showcasing a strong, balanced mix of:

  • Static graphic design (branding, print, marketing collateral)

  • Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint presentation design

  • Video editing and motion graphics samples

• Core Technical Tool Stack:

  • Design & Motion: Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects.

  • Video & Audio: Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and Digital Audio Workstations (DAW) / audio editing tools.

  • Presentations: Advanced mastery of Microsoft PowerPoint.

• Production Knowledge: Strong foundational understanding of video shooting setups, lighting, and professional audio recording.

• Schedule Availability: Able to work full-time hours (40 hours/week) aligned with the US Pacific Time Zone.

• Soft Skills & Mindset: Adaptable in fast-paced environments, highly receptive to creative feedback, proactive, and deeply collaborative.
