About the role

• Managing the Facility Operation through assigned KPIs and required reporting 
• Managing the Soft Facility management operation at Site as per the established instructions, processes & procedures, required reports and checklists, contract SLAs
• Leading ISO 14001:2018 , Environmental Management System 
• Leading ISO 45001:2018 , Occupational Health and Safety management system 
• Manage the OPEX cost for the department
• Develop and implement site-wide communication strategies, awareness campaigns, and employee engagement initiatives supporting organizational objectives, environmental sustainability, occupational health and safety, and workplace experience programs.
• Lead internal communication activities related to ISO 14001 Environmental Management System (EMS) and ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management System (OHSMS), promoting employee awareness, participation, and compliance with organizational requirements.
• Design, manage, and deliver annual communication and awareness plans covering environmental protection, energy efficiency, waste management, water conservation, emergency preparedness, workplace safety, and employee well-being.
• Coordinate environmental and health & safety campaigns through multiple communication channels, including digital screens, intranet platforms, email communications, events, and awareness materials.
