About the role

EVP customer lead Europe : 

• being the SPOC for all matters related to evolution platform 
• evangelizing the platform by doing presentations to customers and internally (+ partners like OCD) 
• find use cases that appeal to customers and that lead to pilots.
• Being capable to voice not only architecture benefits but also business benefits
• providing feedback to product to ensure roadmap and as well as current features meet customer expectations
• supporting presales on deals and on how to integrate EVP into RFP/RFI responses
• train people on EVP , ensure proper documentation is available + share where to find it
• follow up on EVP certification (soc/27K)
• understand EVP vs market competition
• support customers in postsales by translating their needs to product / platform teams
• define strategy for different customer types (orange logo’s, OCD logo’s, new logo’s, early renewals etc..)
