Inside Sales Learning & Development Manager CooperSurgical Inc. Remote Scope: The Inside Sales Learning & Development Manager is responsible for designing and delivering a high-impact, performance-driven learning strategy that elevates the capabilities of inside sales professionals. This role focuses on building excellence in virtual and phone-based selling, enabling teams to effectively engage customers, communicate value, and drive growth across prioritized products and business units. This leader partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and cross-functional stakeholders to create a cohesive, data-driven learning ecosystem that supports business objectives. The role emphasizes modern inside sales practices, including digital engagement, consultative selling, and whitespace opportunity development, while ensuring training translates into measurable commercial outcomes.
