Install Base Account Manager

The Role:

Were looking for a driven, relationship-focused Account Manager to join our Install Base team. In this role, youll serve as a trusted advisor to an existing portfolio of clients - registered investment advisers (RIAs), hedge funds, private equity firms, and other financial institutions - helping to align them with our technology and consulting solutions.

Youll develop a deep understanding of each clients regulatory, operational, and strategic challenges, and proactively identify opportunities where our products and services can solve real problems.

Responsibilities:

•  Own and grow a book of existing accounts, with accountability for expansion and client satisfaction
• Prospect within your assigned territory to build a healthy pipeline and consistently meet revenue targets
• Lead compelling, solution-oriented conversations that connect our product and service offerings to each clients specific challenges
• Develop deep familiarity with clients businesses to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
• Build and nurture relationships across multiple stakeholders - from compliance officers to C-suite - to become a trusted, long-term partner
• Maintain an accurate pipeline and deliver reliable forecasts using Gong and Salesforce CRM
• Represent the company at client meetings, industry seminars, and internal sales events to deepen relationships and stay sharp on market trends

Skills and Qualifications:

• 4+ years of sales or account management experience in a financial services, SaaS, or fintech environment
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets over a sustained period
• Working knowledge of the regulatory and compliance landscape for investment advisers, hedge funds, private equity and other financial institutions 
• Ability to learn and articulate a complex solution set quickly, translating technical and regulatory nuance into clear business value
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• High degree of self-motivation and comfort with ambiguity
• Bachelors degree in business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

The all-in total compensation for this role is $158,000 and $170,000, and is specific to the United States. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range would be $60,000 - $70,000 plus applicable bonus/benefit offerings, etc., as those similarly situated within the Company. It takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including, but not limited to, skill sets, training, licensure and certification, and experience.
