Provider Trainer

Location: Columbia, Missouri, Columbia - Berrywood Drive, Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and coordinate onboarding and ongoing training for providers across multiple clinical service lines.
•  Train providers on electronic health record (EHR) systems, documentation standards, billing and coding requirements, and technology platforms. 
•  Maintain expertise in multiple EHR systems and provide ongoing support to providers. 
•  Collaborate with operational and clinical leaders to ensure required training, competencies, and compliance activities are completed. 
•  Coordinate OSHA training, assist with mock inspections, and support organizational compliance initiatives. 
•  Participate in provider meetings, committees, and special projects focused on improving provider efficiency and organizational performance. 
•  Support continuous learning by identifying training needs and promoting best practices across the organization.

Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

•  High School/GED degree required 
•  2 years experience using electronic health records or similar documentation tool, clinical setting processes, or training required 
•  A valid, unrestricted drivers license and agency established minimum automobile coverage required 

•  Must possess and maintain a current, active Missouri Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license, medical assistant certification or dental assistant certification
