IT Business Systems Analyst

As an IT Business Analyst for Communications and Enablement, you will build, optimize communications for the organization to ensure seamless operations and information dissemination across the IT organization and the ministry.

Every day you will manage communication requests, update web content for relevant messaging, review and edit communication materials by request, create and enhance presentation decks for the team, and implement new communication channels that will enhance the operation of the IT organization.

To be successful, you must have strong grammar and storytelling skills, problem-solving skills, a solid understanding of IT, and excellent team collaboration and communication skills to maintain efficiency and reliability.

• Collaborates with teams to implement communication requests, determine the best ways to execute communication plans with an email last and problem-solving focus.
• Manages website and content to ensure active sharing of critical information for the organization, enabling teams to move forward with agility.
• Facilitates content reviews with a keen eye for / with all impacted stakeholders as appropriate.
• Transforms business needs into clearly defined communication points as succinctly as possible, ensuring a thorough understanding of information as possible.
• Ensures communications are timely for stakeholder, taking all communication channel efforts into consideration.
• Creates and maintains an active project list, ensuring that critical activities are implemented in a timely manner.

Required

• Marketing, Communications or Web Management and 3 - 4 years of experience as communications specialist or analyst.
• Must have experience in marketing and storytelling

• Bachelors degree
