About CoinPoker
Welcome to CoinPoker, the innovative crypto-poker platform where advanced blockchain technology meets the thrilling world of online poker. At CoinPoker, we are revolutionizing the poker experience by offering fast, secure, and transparent gameplay. With recent substantial investment, we are poised to take over the online crypto-poker space and are expanding our team to support our growth.
The Opportunity:
CoinPoker is hiring a Head of Game Security to protect game integrity on its crypto poker platform. You will be the single point of contact for every game and general security tech requirement. You will own the security tech roadmap, lead the Game Security team, and turn emerging poker fraud trends into detection priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Security tech roadmap (SPOC)
Act as the single intake point for all game and general security tech requirements going to Product and Tech.
Own and prioritise the roadmap: RTA/solver detection, bots, collusion, account takeover, multi-accounting, KYC, and payment and bonus abuse.
Write requirements, sign off releases, and measure each tools impact.
Lead build-versus-buy decisions on vendors and data sources.
Game Security team
Manage and develop the game analyst team.
Own the workflows end to end: triage, investigation, sanctions, confiscations, and appeals.
Get more out of the current tech stack through better rules, thresholds, and automation.
Threat intelligence
Track fraud trends in online poker and crypto gambling, and brief leadership every month.
Coordinate threat handling with PRM, Support, Payments, BI, and Agents
Highly Desired Knowledge and Experience:
5+ years in game integrity, fraud, or trust and safety, with at least 2 years leading a team.
Online poker or real-money gaming experience is strongly preferred.
Strong technical depth: SQL, enough Python to prototype detection logic, and a working understanding of how game servers, clients, and anti-cheat systems fit together.
Hands-on knowledge of todays poker threats, including RTA/solver use, bots, collusion, chip dumping, ghosting, and multi-accounting, and how they are detected.
A track record of owning a tech roadmap: writing requirements, prioritising with engineers, and measuring results.
Sound investigative judgment, and clear written evidence that holds up to player appeals
Nice to have:
Experience with crypto payments, on-chain analysis, or AML.
Familiarity with GTO solvers and statistical or ML-based player profiling.
Experience with device fingerprinting, behavioural biometrics, or anti-bot vendors.
What We Offer:
Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.
Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in the blockchain and online gaming industry.
Flexible working hours and the ability to work fully remotely.
A collaborative and inclusive team culture.
Professional development opportunities and career growth within a rapidly evolving company.
