About the Role

As the first go-to-market hire, you will own the early sales motion from prospecting through closing and work closely with the founding team. Your work will help establish a repeatable sales process serving healthcare and emergency services billing organizations.

What Youll Do

• Prospect and call emergency medical services agencies, fire departments, and billing offices to qualify leads and book product demos.

• Develop and refine outreach messaging and sales sequences using feedback from the market.

• Take on product demos and deal closing as the sales motion grows.

• Build relationships with decision-makers and share customer insights to inform product development and positioning.

What Were Looking For

• One to three years of sales, business development, or inside sales experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or healthcare.

• Comfort with cold outreach, rejection, and quickly adapting messaging.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Self-motivation, independence, and an interest in healthcare operations, emergency services, or billing workflows.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $50,000 to $70,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Location

Remote within the United States, with flexibility across Central or Eastern time zones.
