  • Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks that could affect quality, budget, scope, or delivery timelines.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on translation quality, workflow efficiency, and operational effectiveness.
  • Share knowledge, established practices, and project experience with new and developing team members.

What We Look For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Languages, Translation, Business, Clinical Research, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of project management or closely related experience.

  • Familiarity with linguistic validation and translation workflows is highly desirable.
  • Understanding of software development or technology implementation processes is advantageous.
  • Strong proofreading and quality review capabilities with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability with sound judgment regarding risks and escalation.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional and global teams.
  • Professional fluency in English.
