Client Integration | SVP | Abu Dhabi

Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates; Hybrid

The SVP will be heavily involved in securing new business as well as manage existing client relationships and onboardings, will have a lead role in global/local initiatives interacting with other Citco global offices and technology groups.

 

The integration team is the central point of contact for the client both technical and support during onboarding. The role involves dealing with the senior management of all the organizations that interact with Citco Fund Services.

The role of a Client Integration Senior Vice President (SVP) involves leading/overseeing client integrations, conversions and strategic projects. The Integration SVP is responsible for the management of virtual teams tasked with project managing client integrations/conversions, service delivery changes and sales support. The SVP is responsible for managing a group of Vice President/s, training and development of staff, roll out of global best practice and standardization across the global. The core skills required are having experience in leading teams for successful delivery of projects within a project management framework, demonstrating effective communication skills, having client-facing experience and understanding the financial services business.
