About the role

We currently have openings for full time, talented, and hard working Enterprise Account Executives based in United States. 

What youll do

• Creating and executing a sales plan to meet revenue targets for PhoenixAI’s Agentic AI Database. 
• Articulating PhoenixAIs Agentic Database value proposition and generating awareness within Enterprise Accounts.
• Identifying and qualifying opportunities to drive deals to close.
• Building strategic relationships within the executive level in key accounts, including AI and data infrastructure leaders. 
• Collaborating with Marketing to plan and execute business development. activities including webinars, seminars, workshops, meetups, trade shows, etc. focused on Agentic AI and enterprise data.
• Accurately logging sales activities in the CRM system.

Qualifications

• Hunter mindset, you are always hungry for new businesses.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• 7+ years experience selling enterprise software or SaaS software.
• 3+ years experience of selling database, analytics, data warehouse or data management, or AI/Agentic AI infrastructure products is preferred.
• An engineering background or a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering is preferred but not required.
• Track record of exceeding revenue target.
• Willingness to travel when needed and permitted.

The base salary for this role is projected at $150,000-$187,500 annually, plus eligibility for PhoenixAIs bonus and equity programs.

Individual compensation will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
