Job Description
Allintero della Boutique Fragrance & Beauty di Chanel, situata a Firenze, la risorsa in stage supporterà il team e il tutor nella vendita e nella gestione quotidiana delle attività della boutique.
Tasks:
Processo di vendita: Client Experience Chanel.
Attività di clienteling: Gestione delle relazioni e fidelizzazione della clientela.
Rifornimento prodotto ed esposizione: Supporto nella gestione degli stock e nell’allestimento degli spazi espositivi.
Formazione tre assi: Approfondimento sulle aree skincare, make-up e parfum.
Collaborazione quotidiana: Lavoro in team per garantire il corretto svolgimento delle attività della boutique.
Requisiti:
Conoscenza del mondo Beauty e delle nuove tendenze
Diploma nel settore Beauty
Predisposizione alla puntualità e precisione
Ottime capacità relazionali
Capacità di ascolto ed empatia
Energia, motivazione ed entusiasmo
Forte orientamento alla collaborazione e allo spirito di squadra
Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata
Durata: 6 mesi
