Sr. LS Product Integration Analyst

The Sr LS Product Integration Analyst is responsible for leading strategic, cross-functional initiatives that drive the successful evaluation, implementation, integration, and adoption of enterprise products, technologies, and business capabilities across Carrington Mortgage Services. Serves as a bridge between business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and executive leadership to ensure that high-profile initiatives align with organizational objectives and deliver measurable business value. Independently manage complex, enterprise-wide projects, including emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), workflow automation, system modernization, and third-party platform integrations. Perform all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates. The target pay range for this position is $85,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr.

 

What youll do:.

 

Enterprise Product Integration

• Lead end-to-end implementation and integration efforts for new products, platforms, and technologies.

• Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and technology enablement.

• Evaluate business requirements and translate them into actionable implementation plans.

• Drive alignment between operational, technical, compliance, and executive stakeholders.

• Independently manage high-visibility initiatives with significant business impact.

• Develop project plans, timelines, risk mitigation strategies, and executive reporting materials.

• Coordinate activities across multiple departments, vendors, and technology teams.

• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and aligned to business objectives.

Strategic Project Leadership

AI and Innovation Initiatives

• Support the evaluation, implementation, and adoption of AI-powered solutions and emerging technologies.

• Perform business impact assessments and develop recommendations for executive leadership.

• Partner with technology teams to identify use cases that improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and decision-making.

• Monitor industry trends and emerging capabilities that may benefit Carrington.

Product and Business Analysis

• Gather and document business requirements, operational workflows, and process gaps.

• Conduct impact analyses and develop recommendations for solution design.

• Create business cases and ROI assessments for new initiatives.

Executive Communications

• Prepare executive-level presentations, status updates, and strategic recommendations.

• Present findings, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership.

• Drive executive decision-making through clear, data-driven analysis.

Vendor and Partner Management

• Collaborate with external vendors and technology partners during evaluation and implementation activities.

• Monitor project deliverables and vendor performance.

• Facilitate issue resolution and escalation management when necessary.

Change Management and Adoption

• Support organizational readiness activities for new products and capabilities.

• Develop implementation strategies that maximize user adoption and business value.

• Assist with training, communications, and post-launch support activities

 

What youll need:

• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in product management, business analysis, project management, implementation management, technology delivery, or related disciplines.

• Demonstrated experience independently leading large-scale, cross-functional projects.

• Experience interacting with senior executives and presenting recommendations to leadership teams.

• Experience gathering requirements, performing process analysis, and driving solution implementation.

• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting AI, automation, machine learning, digital transformation, or innovation initiatives.

• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.

• Experience working with enterprise software implementations, SaaS platforms, or system integrations.

• PMP, PMI-ACP, CBAP, CSPO, or similar certification.

• Mortgage servicing, mortgage origination, financial services, fintech, or banking industry experience.

• Experience working with vendor management and third-party technology partnerships.
