What We’re Looking For

We are currently seeking experienced Portuguese Immigration Lawyers to join our international team as freelance collaborators. This is an opportunity to be part of an agile and innovative legal model with international reach, where your legal expertise is at the center — not sales or admin tasks.

We’re looking for legal professionals who thrive in dynamic environments, value autonomy, and want to work with an international client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual legal consultations with international clients.

• Provide legal guidance on immigration procedures in Portugal (visas, residence, citizenship, etc.).

• Submit and manage applications before Portuguese authorities (AIMA, consulates, registries).

• Maintain records and communications efficiently using CRM tools.
  
  Note: You will not be responsible for generating or qualifying leads.
  Our dedicated Client Intake team handles an initial contact with clients. You’ll only step in once the lead is confirmed, to propose a legal solution.
  
  Requirements

• Law degree obtained in Portugal.

• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in Portuguese Immigration Law.

• Experience with processes such as D7, D8, D2, family reunification, or nationality (including Sephardic descent) is highly valued.

• Fluent in Portuguese and English (C1). Spanish is a plus.

• Ability to work independently and manage client cases from start to finish.
