Director, Marketing Analytics - Corporate (Las Vegas)

Location: Las Vegas, NV, United States; Hybrid

The Director of Marketing Analytics is a key leader in executing the Caesars Entertainment ‘Strategic Analytics’ department mission of providing world class analytical support, delivering insights that drive profit, and being a reliable business partner for all operational areas including Gaming, Marketing, VIP (Casino) Marketing/Operations, and Hospitality (Hotel/ Food & Beverage/Retail/Conventions). They will oversee a team of analysts and or/managers, their development and priorities, and the efficiency, quality and reliability of the team’s processes and analyses. This position is located in Las Vegas, NV.

This role will lead analytics initiatives focused on customer behavior, campaign performance, marketing effectiveness, loyalty, and revenue optimization. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and problem-solving skills with business acumen and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. This role will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders and help support the continued growth of analytics capabilities across the enterprise.
