Responsibilities

 

• Professionally manage all incoming calls, enquiries, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate person or department in a timely manner.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing outstanding customer service and support.
• Manage and maintain executives schedules, including arranging appointments, meetings, and travel.
• Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and managing company documents.
• Provide clients with basic information about our IT services, including software development, IT support, and systems integration.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure clear communication and operational efficiency.
• Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required.

Qualifications

 

• Proven experience as a Virtual Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other standard office software.
• The ability to work independently and proactively in a remote environment.
• A dedicated, quiet home office space and a reliable high-speed internet connection.
• Previous experience within the IT or technology sector is desirable but not essential.
