We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Remote Project Coordinator to join our pioneering team. This is a unique opportunity to support groundbreaking research projects that have the potential to change lives. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our projects are managed efficiently from conception to completion. This position is offered on a fully remote basis, with both part-time and full-time opportunities available.

Responsibilities

* Assist in the planning and implementation of key research and development projects.
* Coordinate project schedules, resources, and information, ensuring all parties are informed of progress and deadlines.
* Liaise with internal teams and external partners to define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
* Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and proactively propose solutions to ensure projects remain on track.
* Act as a central point of contact for all project participants, facilitating effective communication across the team.
* Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting minutes.
* Organise and facilitate project meetings, preparing agendas and distributing follow-up actions.
* Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standard of quality.

Qualifications

* Proven experience working as a Project Coordinator or in a similar administrative or project management role.
* Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse, remote team.
* Proficiency with project management software and standard office tools.
* A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
* The ability to work independently and take initiative in a remote environment.
* Experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or clinical research sector is highly advantageous but not essential.
* A degree in a relevant field or a project management certification would be considered a plus.
