Job Overview
Taurx Therapeutics is seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support in a fully remote capacity. We have both Full-Time and Part-Time positions available. The successful candidate will be a cornerstone of support for our senior leadership, ensuring their schedules are managed efficiently and their administrative needs are met with professionalism and discretion. Responsibilities
* Managing and maintaining complex diaries, scheduling appointments, and organising meetings across multiple time zones.
* Coordinating all aspects of national and international travel, including booking flights, accommodation, and creating detailed itineraries.
* Preparing meeting agendas, collating necessary documents, and taking accurate minutes during meetings.
* Screening emails, correspondence, and phone calls, and handling enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
* Producing high-quality reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
* Handling sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
* Conducting research and compiling information to support various projects and initiatives.
* Acting as a key point of contact and liaising with internal colleagues and external partners.
Qualifications
* Proven experience working as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar senior administrative role.
* Exceptional organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise a demanding workload.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
* A high level of proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* The ability to work independently and proactively in a remote setting.
* A strong sense of discretion and an understanding of the importance of confidentiality.
* A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with strong problem-solving skills.
