Traveling Executive Director - Operations Specialist

Location: MI, United States; Hybrid

Brookdale is hiring an Operations Specialist - Traveling Executive Director in their Great Northeast Region! This individual will travel to communities, acting as an Executive Director, when vacancies arise as well as support communities in their operational needs.

This is a 100% Travel Position with a 10 day on 4 day off Schedule 

This individual will focus on our communities primarily in our Midwest areas however must be able to travel across the entire Northeast region as needed.

This role is eligible to participate in the Company’s Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP), providing the opportunity for equity grants in the form of restricted stock units that vest over time to align your success with the Company’s long-term growth.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. Full-time associates in role are also eligible for an annual bonus incentive. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.
