RN Area Nurse Manager - Dallas | $2500 Sign-On

Brookdale is seeking a Registered Nurse Area Nurse Manager to provide clinical leadership and support for 10 Assisted Living and Memory Care communities throughout the Dallas, Texas district. (Plano, McKinney, Garland, Dallas, Rockwall, Waxahachie) - THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION
In this role, you will:
• Provide clinical oversight and mentorship to Health & Wellness Directors and clinical teams
• Train, coach, and develop new clinical leaders
• Lead clinical education, in-services, and quality improvement initiatives
• Ensure regulatory compliance with Texas Assisted Living and Memory Care standards
• Perform RN delegation and provide ongoing clinical support across the district
• Partner with operations leaders to drive exceptional resident care and clinical outcomes
What were looking for:
✔ Active RN license
✔ Strong clinical leadership experience in Assisted Living and/or Memory Care
✔ RN delegation experience
✔ Experience mentoring, coaching, and developing clinical leaders
✔ Knowledge of Texas Assisted Living and Memory Care regulations
✔ Multi-site leadership experience is a plus
✔ Flexible and willing to travel daily between communities throughout the Dallas district
✔ Must reside in the Dallas area
✔ On-call availability required

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. Full-time associates in role are also eligible for an annual bonus incentive. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.
