Requirements

The Role
We are seeking a highly competitive sales professional with a true hunter mindset to drive new business across the North American fleet market.
This is a full-cycle, outbound-heavy role with a strong emphasis on:

• Cold outreach
• Pipeline creation
• New logo acquisition

This role is not suited for account managers or inbound-focused sellers. Once a deal closes, our Customer Success team takes over onboarding and account growth, so you stay focused on winning new business.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Generate pipeline through high-volume outbound activity (calls, LinkedIn, email)
• Prospect and engage fleet operators, maintenance leaders, and operations stakeholders across the US and Canada
• Lead consultative discovery focused on uptime, compliance, and ROI
• Deliver solution-based demos across our SaaS platforms and connected hardware
• Partner with Customer Success for a smooth handoff of every new account
• Maintain strong CRM discipline (HubSpot preferred)
• Use AI to research accounts, personalize outreach at scale, and prepare for calls

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• Experience with outbound prospecting and self-generated pipeline
• Daily, hands-on use of AI tools in your sales workflow (account research, outreach, call prep)
• Direct fleet industry experience (fleet management, telematics, transportation, heavy equipment, or related)
• 5+ years of SaaS sales experience
• A proven hunter mentality: relentless, persistent, and results-focused

Strongly Preferred:

• Familiarity with telematics or maintenance platforms
• Bilingual English/Spanish
