The Role

Were looking for an experienced Strategic Healthcare Account Executive to drive enterprise growth across the West Coast, with a focus on California and the Pacific Northwest.

This is a high-impact, greenfield opportunity for a strategic seller who thrives on opening new accounts, developing executive relationships, and closing complex, high-value healthcare opportunities. Youll own a defined territory and work directly with executives at some of the regions largest healthcare organizations, helping them transform patient experience and engagement through AI.

Youll be responsible for building and executing a territory strategy, creating pipeline through targeted prospecting, and leading complex enterprise sales cycles from initial engagement through close.

What Youll Do

• Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through close across the West Coast.
• Develop and execute a territory strategy focused on acquiring large, complex healthcare organizations across California and the Pacific Northwest.
• Build and maintain a strategic pipeline through a combination of outbound prospecting, account-based selling, and relationship development.
• Identify and engage senior decision-makers across healthcare organizations, including C-suite, VP, and executive-level stakeholders.
• Build trusted relationships with healthcare executives and key business leaders.
• Lead consultative, value-based sales conversations that align Birdeyes AI platform to customer business objectives.
• Navigate complex buying committees and multi-stakeholder enterprise sales processes.
• Develop compelling business cases and ROI-driven proposals that demonstrate measurable customer impact.
• Partner closely with Solutions Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Executive Leadership to advance strategic opportunities.
• Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and account planning within Salesforce.
• Develop deep knowledge of the healthcare market, competitive landscape, and customer needs across the West Coast territory.
• Serve as a strategic voice in shaping Birdeyes healthcare sales motion and continued growth in the market.
