About Bespoke Labs

Bespoke Labs is an applied AI research lab pioneering data and RL environment curation for training and evaluating agents. Recently, we curated Open Thoughts, one of the best open reasoning datasets used by multiple frontier labs, trained SOTA specialized models such as Bespoke-MiniChart-7B and Bespoke-MiniCheck, and taught agents to do multi-turn tool-calling with reinforcement learning. About the Role

This is a Fulfillment operations role in the Experts Growth team. Behind every environment and dataset we ship is a network of experts who have to be found, vetted, activated, and pointed at the right project at the right time. We want an operator who has built the machinery that moves people and projects through that pipeline — matching, onboarding, access, contracts, verification, offboarding.

What Youll Do

• Own fulfillment and matching. Map the right experts to the right projects based on skill, availability, and project requirements. Keep supply and demand balanced so projects staff quickly and experts stay engaged.

• Drive activation. Take experts from matched to productively working fast — kickoff, guidelines, first tasks, ramp — and cut the time and drop-off between each step.

• Own expert success, NPS, and retention. Be accountable for expert satisfaction and a high NPS across the network. Create the policies, systems, and SOPs that drive a great expert experience, and make sure every stakeholder — projects, ops, engineering, finance — actually follows them.

• Run onboarding and offboarding end to end. Contracts, background verification, tool and platform access provisioning and deprovisioning, systems setup, and clean exits. Nothing falls through the cracks, and nobody keeps access they shouldnt.

• Manage vendors and platforms. Own the relationships and workflows across the software tools, background-check providers, payment/contracting platforms, and service providers that fulfilment runs on.

• Build systems and internal products to automate the grind. Find the bottlenecks in fulfillment and remove them. Turn manual, repetitive workflows — matching, access grants, contract issuance, verification, status tracking — into tooling and automation that make the whole team faster.

What Were Looking For

• A record of shipped volume. You have run fulfillment, delivery ops, or contractor/expert onboarding at scale and can show us how many people you personally moved through the pipeline, how fast, and what it cost to do.

• A satisfaction-and-retention track record. You have owned an NPS, CSAT, or retention number for a network of people (experts, contractors, users) and moved it — through policy, process, and follow-through, not just goodwill.

• Operational rigor. You bring order to unstructured, fast-moving environments — strong bias toward documentation, trackers, SOPs, and clean handoffs.

• Ownership. You build, debug, and ship without much supervision, and you drive follow-ups across teams so nothing stalls.

You May Be a Good Fit If You Also

• Have worked in delivery operations, program operations, or fulfilment at a talent marketplace, staffing/expert-network, or data-labeling/human-data company (e.g. matching, staffing, activation, retention)

• Have owned an expert, contractor, or customer success function — NPS, retention, escalations, community — at scale

• Come from operations, Chief of Staff, or business-ops roles at a fast-scaling startup and owned onboarding, vendor, or compliance workflows end to end

• Have experience with marketplaces, matching systems, or multi-step onboarding flows, and a genuine interest in using AI tools to make yourself and the team faster

What We Offer

• Location: LATAM (Remote)

• Base Salary: $35,000 – $55,000 USD / year

• Additional Comp: 25% performance-based bonus + equity
