Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for Aderant Expert, Intapp Open and other business applications.
• Investigate, diagnose and resolve application issues or coordinate resolution with vendors and technical teams.
• Assist with application configuration, upgrades and enhancements.
• Maintain application documentation, procedures and user guides.

• Engage with stakeholders to gather, document and analyse business requirements.
• Review business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
• Support project delivery through analysis, testing and implementation activities.

• Work with stakeholders to define reporting and data requirements.
• Support the creation and validation of reports and dashboards.
• Analyse data to support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Assist with maintaining data integrity and quality across business systems.

• Prepare and execute system testing and user acceptance testing activities.
• Coordinate business user testing and feedback.
• Support training delivery and user adoption initiatives.
• Assist with change communications relating to system enhancements and new functionality.

• Build effective relationships with business users and external suppliers.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for application-related queries and improvement requests.
• Support the management of application vendors and service providers.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• Experience within a legal or professional services environment.
• Experience with Aderant Expert and Intapp Open.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Experience producing reports and analysing data.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with SSRS reporting.
• Experience with integration solutions.
• Understanding of project delivery and testing methodologies.
