Baptist Health is currently seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to join our Virtual Acute Care Clinic located in Jacksonville, FL. 

This is a Part-Time opportunity working Monday-Friday from 1:00PM-7:00PM.

The ideal candidate will perform duties such as registration, scheduling, insurance verification, and other tasks as needed. MUST BE LOCAL!

Certified Medical Assistant, Job Responsibilities:

• Assists Providers during virtual visits
• Supports patient communication
• Maintains medical documentation
• Schedules care, treatment, diagnostic tests per physician
• Processes prescription requests and referrals

Experience Requirements:

• 2+ years Patient Care Experience
• Experience in Physicians office

Education & Credential Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED Required
• Associate of Arts/Science Preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
• Certified Medical Assistant Required
