Backpack Healthcare is growing in Oklahoma, and were looking for compassionate, dedicated therapists who want to make a meaningful impact while enjoying the flexibility of working from home.

We provide high-quality virtual mental health services to children, adolescents, and young adults, making care more accessible for families across the state. As a clinician-led, minority-owned organization, were committed to supporting both our clients and the therapists who care for them.

🌟 What Youll Do

Youll provide 15–22 telehealth sessions per week, delivering individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults throughout Oklahoma.

Most clinicians see clients during weekday afternoons and evenings (2:00–9:00 PM EST), with weekend availability welcomed. You create your schedule—we provide the referrals, administrative support, billing, and credentialing.

Your day-to-day includes:

🩺 Conducting comprehensive behavioral health assessments

📝 Developing individualized, trauma-informed treatment plans

💻 Providing evidence-based individual and family therapy via secure telehealth

🤝 Collaborating with our interdisciplinary care team, including therapists, PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and care coordinators

📋 Completing timely, accurate clinical documentation within our electronic health record (EHR)

👨‍👩‍👧 Supporting families through education, collaboration, and coordinated care

💼 What We Offer

💲 $50 per billable hour for independently licensed clinicians

✅ What Were Looking For

Were seeking clinicians who have:

✔️ An active Oklahoma independent license (LPC, LCSW)

✔️ Experience working with children, adolescents, and families—or a passion for serving this population

✔️ The ability to work independently in a virtual environment

✔️ A commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive care

⭐ Bilingual (English/Spanish) clinicians are strongly encouraged to apply.
