About the Role

As a Fixed Term Talent Acquisition Partner, you will support full-cycle recruiting across corporate functions and technical teams at Axonius. You will partner with hiring managers and TA team members to fill key roles across areas such as Engineering, Security, Marketing, Finance, and other corporate functions. This is a hands-on execution-focused role, ideal for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can hit the ground running.

Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruiting: Execute end-to-end recruitment for corporate and technical roles, including Engineering, Security, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and IT — from sourcing and screening through offer support and onboarding coordination.
• Hiring Manager Partnership: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, align on candidate profiles, and maintain clear communication throughout the process.
• Sourcing & Pipeline Development: Build and maintain candidate pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels, with an emphasis on engaging passive candidates.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive, consistent candidate experience from first contact through close.
• Process Adherence: Follow established TA processes and tools (Greenhouse, Workday, or similar ATS), and flag opportunities for improvement to the team.
• Data & Reporting: Track recruiting activity, maintain accurate ATS data, and share pipeline updates with hiring managers and TA leads.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with HR Business Partners, Compensation, and Finance to support headcount planning and smooth offer execution.

Minimum Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with demonstrated success hiring across corporate functions (Finance, Marketing, Legal) and/or technical roles (Engineering, Security, IT) in North America. 
• Strong sourcing skills with the ability to identify and engage passive candidates across multiple channels.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and an ATS (Greenhouse, Workday, Lever, or similar).
• Clear, organized communicator with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Passion for delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting within cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise software companies.
• Familiarity with AI-powered recruiting tools and modern sourcing technologies.
• Familiarity with hiring in EMEA and/or LatAm.
