What this Job Entails: 

The HR Operations III role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a global HR team in a highly dynamic environment. Working closely with the global HR team, this role will manage the administrative component of Astreya Human Resources and other HR-related duties as assigned.

Scope: 

• Resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways

• Seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of their speciality

• Works on problems of a diverse scope 

• Receives little instruction on day to day work, general instruction on new assignments

Your Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handle global field employee onboarding, off-boarding and change procedures.

• Maintain documents and files for HR compliance.

• Engage in HRIS administration and client-specific provisioning.

• Act collaboratively to solve problems and resolve spontaneous and unique situations with professionalism and a service orientation.

• Seek to continuously improve processes, systems and overall client satisfaction.

• Maintain and contribute to a professional work environment at all times.

Required Qualifications/Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree (B.S/B.A) from four-college or university and 5 to 8 years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience 

• Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise

• Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions

• General knowledge of employment laws, practices and government compliance regulations

• Effective oral and written communication skills with sensitivity to a diverse employee population

• Strong problem solving and analytical skills

• Resourceful with an ability to operate with limited information

• Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and requests from multiple sources 

• Experience working with large, enterprise-level HRIS 

• Understanding of APAC, EMEA and the US for backup is required

Physical Demand & Work Environment:

• Must have the ability to perform office-related tasks which may include prolonged sitting or standing

• Must have the ability to move from place to place within an office environment

• Must be able to use a computer

• Must have the ability to communicate effectively
