Process Safety Management

ArcelorMittal España busca una persona que lidere y coordine las actividades de Process Safety Management (PSM) de la organización, garantizando el cumplimiento normativo y los estándares del Grupo, identificando, analizando y mitigando riesgos asociados a los procesos industriales.
Principales responsabilidades:
- Implantar y desarrollar el sistema de Seguridad de Procesos (PSM) de la organización, alineado con los estándares corporativos y las mejores prácticas del sector.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares de seguridad de procesos y los requisitos legales y reglamentarios aplicables.
- Coordinar evaluaciones de riesgos de proceso y definir planes de mitigación asociados.
- Impulsar la cultura de seguridad de procesos en toda la organización.
- Actuar como referente técnico en materia de seguridad de procesos.
- Diseñar e impartir formación para empleados y contratistas.
- Liderar investigaciones de incidentes y acciones correctivas.
- Coordinar con Producción, Ingeniería, Mantenimiento y Fiabilidad.
- Definir indicadores y reportar resultados a la Dirección.
- Identificar brechas respecto a mejores prácticas y coordinar planes de acción.
Requisitos:
- Formación en Ingeniería Industrial, Química, Mecánica, Minas o equivalente.
- Experiencia en industria de proceso continuo.
- Conocimientos de seguridad de procesos y análisis de riesgos.
- Capacidad de liderazgo transversal e influencia.
- Inglés alto.

About the Organization
ArcelorMittal has 11 industrial plants in Spain linked to the Flat, Long and Downstream Solutions business lines. In addition, a network of 17 distribution centres are spread throughout the Spanish geography. The workforce in Spain amounts to 7,987 employees as of December 31, 2020. ArcelorMittals plants in Asturias are located in Avilés and Gijón, close to the harbours of both towns, which ensures an efficient reception of raw materials and optimal dispatch of their products.
ArcelorMittals facilities in Asturias, with an annual production capacity of close to five million tons of steel, produces flat and long products. The only two Blast Furnaces operating in Spain are located in Gijón, as well as other facilities such as the Coke Batteries, the Raw Materials and Coal Yards, the Sintering Plants and a Steel Shop that supplies the steel to the Rail and Wire Rod Mill. In Avilés, another Steel Shop transforms the pig iron from the Blast Furnaces destined for the Hot Plate Mill and the Hot Strip Mill, producing coils that will be processed in the finishing facilities shipped in the form of galvanized steel and tinplate coils.
The products are sold to a wide range of industries including packaging, general industry (civil engineering, construction, domestic appliances, oil & gas, renewable energies, yellow & green goods) and, in particular, automotive, where its advanced high strength steel (AHSS) products and solutions are contributing to major advances in crash worthiness and weight reduction.
