Job Description

As a Senior Product Designer at Ansira, you will own end-to-end design for critical product experiences across our B2B2C marketing platform. You will work autonomously to solve complex problems for dealers, retailers, and brand stakeholders, balancing user needs with business constraints and multi-stakeholder requirements. You will contribute to both core platform work, design system evolution, and custom brand engagements, raising the bar for design quality and strategic thinking across the team. 

Responsibilities:

Product Design & Strategy 

• Own end-to-end design for assigned product areas (catalog experiences, campaign execution, dealer workflows, content production tools) 

• Define problems through user research, stakeholder interviews, and data analysis 

• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs 

• Partner with product managers and engineering to define roadmaps and priorities 

• Validate solutions through usability testing and dealer feedback sessions 

 

Custom Brand Work 

• Support custom design engagements for enterprise brands as needed (email systems, web experiences, brand-specific tools) 

• Apply design thinking and best practices to consulting-style projects 

• Balance custom work requirements with core platform priorities 

• Translate custom work insights back into platform improvements 

 

Systems & Scalability 

• Design solutions that scale across multiple brands and user types 

• Utilize Phoenix design system components and contribute to system evolution 

• Consider platform-wide implications and edge cases in all design work 

• Maintain consistency and quality across complex multi-tenant experiences 

 

Stakeholder Collaboration 

• Present design work confidently to brand clients, dealers, and internal leadership 

• Navigate complex feedback from multiple stakeholder groups diplomatically 

• Build trust with engineering partners through clear specs and collaborative problem-solving 

• Work effectively across US, Colombia, and India time zones 

 

Craft & Quality 

• Produce polished, accessible designs that meet WCAG standards 

• Balance design perfection with business velocity and technical constraints 

• Establish new patterns when existing solutions do not meet user needs 

• Raise the quality bar through excellent work and constructive feedback 

 

Team Contribution 

• Mentor less experienced designers through feedback and pairing 

• Share knowledge through documentation, presentations, and design critiques 

• Contribute to team processes and ways of working 

• Model proactivity, autonomy, and strategic thinking 

Required Qualifications 

• 5+ years experience designing complex B2B, B2B2C, or enterprise SaaS products 

• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of product design projects 

• Strong understanding of user research methods and usability testing 

• Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools 

• Experience designing for accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA standards) 

• Excellent communication and presentation skills 

• Proven ability to work autonomously and drive projects forward 

• Flexibility to context-switch between platform product work and custom brand engagements 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Experience with e-commerce, marketing technology, or marketplace platforms 

• Knowledge of design systems and component-based design 

• Familiarity with front-end development constraints and opportunities 

• Experience in multi-brand or white-label platform design 

• Background in agency or consulting-style client work
