Position Overview

We are seeking a bright, enthusiastic, and highly organized Hebrew-speaking Accounting 
Intern / Executive Assistant to support a U.S.-based healthcare corporation.
This is a paid, remote internship ideal for a university student currently pursuing a degree in 
Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or a related field. The role combines light accounting 
responsibilities with executive and administrative support and provides an opportunity to gain 
practical experience working with a U.S.-based healthcare corporation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with light accounting and basic financial tasks.
• Provide administrative and executive support as needed.
• Assist with organizing financial records, documents, and reports.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Support day-to-day operational and administrative activities.
• Communicate in both Hebrew and English with team members and other 
stakeholders.
• Assist with additional projects and tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in university, preferably second year or above, pursuing 
Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with numbers and basic accounting concepts.
• Bright, enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Previous accounting or administrative experience is a plus but not required.
