Responsibilities

• Respond to members who have requested information about available coverage options

• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate benefit solutions

• Explain coverage and policy options using our Needs Analysis system

• Assist clients throughout the application and enrollment process

• Maintain professional communication and provide ongoing client support

• Participate in training and work closely with management to stay informed about products, services, and company procedures
