Key Responsibilities

• Provide benefit enrollment materials and verify eligibility

• Manage inbound customer service calls and follow-up requests

• Respond to client inquiries regarding coverage options with their best interests in mind

• Create and explain customized coverage solutions using a structured needs-analysis process

• Collaborate closely with leadership to stay informed on products, services, and policy updates
