Responsibilities

• Assist clients by explaining available products and services in a clear and helpful way

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide guidance on coverage options

• Stay up to date on company offerings to ensure accurate support

• Review client plans regularly to help identify more efficient and cost-effective solutions

Qualifications

• Background in customer service, sales, or a related field is preferred
