Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and explain coverage details, policy features, and service options.

• Conduct virtual consultations to better understand individual needs and identify suitable coverage solutions.

• Review existing benefit arrangements and help clients explore options that align with their financial goals.

• Establish and maintain positive, long-term relationships with clients through consistent communication and follow-up.

• Stay informed about company products, services, and program updates through ongoing training.

• Maintain accurate client records and ensure professional communication throughout the enrollment process.

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is preferred.
