Responsibilities

• Assist members by clearly explaining available products and services

• Respond to questions regarding existing coverage and benefits

• Stay informed on evolving programs and service offerings

• Review coverage regularly to help identify more efficient, cost-effective solutions

• Build strong, professional relationships with clients through clear communication

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
