Customer Service Rep - Work From Home - No Experience

• Communicate with clients by phone and through virtual appointments

• Answer questions and provide accurate information about available programs and services

• Assist clients with reviewing their available options

• Provide professional and reliable customer support

• Build positive, long-term relationships with clients

• Maintain accurate client information and complete follow-up as needed
