Client Support Specialist – Remote - No Experience Required

Your Responsibilities

• Help members understand available programs and coverage options

• Respond to questions and provide clear, accurate information

• Guide clients through the enrollment and service process

• Stay informed about current products, programs, and company updates

• Review client needs and explain available options

• Maintain organized records and complete timely follow-up

• Deliver a professional and positive customer experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to build rapport and maintain professional client relationships

• Organized, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment

• Previous customer service, sales, or related experience is helpful but not required
