Role Overview & Responsibilities

In this position, you will work directly with members to provide information, answer questions, and support them throughout the enrollment and coverage process.

• Provide information regarding available programs and confirm member eligibility

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries and service requests

• Return client calls and follow up in a timely and professional manner

• Assist members with coverage-related questions and requests

• Review individual needs and explain available coverage options using the company’s Needs Analysis system

• Maintain accurate and organized client information

• Stay current on company products, services, procedures, and internal guidelines

• Work closely with leadership and participate in ongoing training and development
