About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage student housing enquiries from initial interaction through to booking.
• Communicate with students through calls, WhatsApp, email and other channels in German and English.
• Understand requirements around budget, location, lease duration, move-in dates and room preferences.
• Recommend suitable accommodation based on student requirements and available inventory.
• Handle objections related to pricing, deposits, lease terms, availability, location and property policies.
• Drive structured follow-ups and maximise lead-to-booking conversion.
• Guide students through booking, documentation and property-related processes.
• Coordinate with property partners, Supply and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Take ownership of customer queries and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate CRM, lead and booking information.
• Identify customer and market trends and share actionable insights with the team.
• Contribute to team targets, conversion metrics and overall German-market performance.

What Were Looking For

• 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, travel, education, real estate or a similar customer-facing role.
• German C1+ proficiency;
• Strong spoken and written English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop sales skills.
• Comfortable handling customer conversations and objections.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Basic understanding of CRM systems and follow-up processes.
• Strong ownership, problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with international customers across different time zones.
• Available to work across all shift timings.
