- Bachelors degree in accounting and commerce (B. Com)
- Knowledge of Excel at an advanced level
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience as a end-user testing to support AP Platform migrations
- 3+ years of finance operations/shared services, accounts payable, account receivable (collections) or general ledger experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.
- Experience using Oracle, or experience in relevant finance roles

Finance Operation Services (FinOps) is seeking an experienced candidate within the AP function, to work in a most evolving business model as a Processing Analyst with minimum of 98% accuracy consistently.

Key job responsibilities
· Performing the AP Invoice work flow testing
· Reconciliation of open invoices received from upstream systems to downstream systems
· Handing queries related to defective invoices or Payment Issues
· Identifying root causes for problems and ability to Deep Dive
· In-depth understanding of AP systems (Coupa and OFA)
· Ability to communicate precisely and concisely
· Strong analytical skills
· Strong attention to detail
· Should be able to successfully manage multiple priorities
