WHY JOIN ALO?

Mindful movement. It’s at the core of why we do what we do at ALO—it’s our calling. Because mindful movement in the studio leads to better living. It changes who yogis are off the mat, making their lives and their communities better. That’s the real meaning of studio-to-street: taking the consciousness from practice on the mat and putting it into practice in life.

OVERVIEW:

The Sr. Manager, Production Control owns production planning strategy and execution across all distribution centers in the Alo Yoga network. • Escalate cross-site constraints, risks, and opportunities; lead planning to support company growth, seasonal demands, and new business initiatives.
  • Maintain alignment between Production Planning and WMS, Capacity Planning, Labor Planning, and network Operations to ensure integrated execution.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Business, Analytics, or related field; or equivalent professional experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in production planning, warehouse operations, supply chain logistics, or related function, with at least 3 years managing teams or leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Proven track record optimizing labor, throughput, and service levels in high-volume or multi-site warehouse environments.
  • Expert-level knowledge of WMS wave management, order management systems, labor planning workflows, and production planning concepts.
  • Strong analytical, forecasting, and financial acumen; ability to translate data into actionable plans and business cases.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and coach high-performing teams; strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
