ALICE Technologies is transforming how construction projects are planned and executed. Our AI-powered schedule optimization platform helps GCs, Owners, and EPCs compress timelines, reduce cost, and de-risk projects — and were growing fast.

This is a high-velocity, consultative role where youll be selling a genuinely differentiated product to an industry thats hungry for better tools. Youll work closely with marketing, solutions, and customer success to close deals and build long-term customer relationships.

Your Day-to-Day at ALICE Technologies:

• Run the full sales cycle — prospecting through close — for GC, Owner, and EPC accounts
• Lead discovery conversations that connect ALICEs capabilities to customer project outcomes, schedule risk, and budget pressures
• Deliver compelling demos and presentations that make complex optimization concepts easy to understand
• Identify and develop champions within target accounts who can drive internal buy-in
• Navigate procurement processes efficiently in a faster-moving, less complex buying environment than enterprise
• Collaborate with marketing on inbound leads and outbound sequences to build and maintain a healthy pipeline
• Contribute feedback on product needs and customer insights to the broader team
