As a Senior Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Acting as the dedicated technical resource, assisting the customer with platform configuration and use case strategy
• Advising technical challenges and collaborate with Guardicores services and support teams to ensure speedy resolution
• Creating a complete picture of a customers environment, processes and deployment characteristics
• Developing a success plan to align with customer objectives, driving value and growth for the customer
• Advocating for customers by coordinating with product, support, and services teams for long-term success
• Maintain operational excellence, managing to key KPIs including Net and Gross Retention, NPS, and Customer Health

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have experience in Cyber Security in a customer facing role
• Demonstrate a working knowledge of networking protocols and basic cyber security principles
• Have troubleshooting and deployment experience with Windows and Linux environments
• Have proven ability to build relationships across all levels, from CISO to security engineers
• Be fluent in Japanese, both written and spoken, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts and instructions to Japanese-speaking clients and colleagues
• Be proficient in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
