Key Responsibilities

• Assist with coordinating travel arrangements for sporting events, including hotels, transportation, and packages
• Support event-related planning, including scheduling and itinerary coordination
• Communicate with clients regarding travel details, timelines, and event information
• Review reservations for accuracy, including dates, locations, and traveler details
• Maintain organized records of bookings and client communications
• Provide follow-up support before and after travel or events

Qualifications

Strong organizational and time-management skills
Clear written and verbal communication abilities
Comfortable using online systems and digital tools
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote or structured environment
Customer service, hospitality, or event coordination experience is helpful but not required
